Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS - UK customers please read on

Orders are shipped 1 to 3 working days after they are placed.


The shipping times below are estimates only, from the time your order is shipped, and may vary and take longer depending on different factors that are out of my control such as location, holidays, customs, etc.

  • Ireland: 1 to 6 working days
  • United States : approx. 5 to 14 working days
  • Canada : approx. 8 to 24 working days
  • Europe - EU & non EU: approx. 5 to 20 working days 
  • International: approx. 7 to 20 working days

UK CUSTOMERS - Orders from the UK are processed through my Etsy shop (thanks Brexit) where VAT is added to the cart. Please send the link(s) to the item(s) you wish to purchase to info@danajewellery.com or to @creationsdanajewellery on Instagram and I will forward a link for you to purchase. From the time I receive your email, this may take 2 to 12 hours. I hope this doesn't cause too much inconvenience!

Every order comes in a branded box that is FSC certified, in a plastic free package. If you are ordering more than one item and need more than one box, please let me know in a note at checkout.

Buying as a gift? Your order can be sent directly to the recipient and I will gladly include a personal note from you if you wish, at not extra cost. Just let me know in a note at checkout.

▹ The customer is responsible for any international customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied that may be charged after the initial postage. I am not responsible for delays due to customs

 You will receive a notification email to let you know that your order is on the way.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the right shipping address at checkout since this is where your item will be shipped. I cannot be held responsible in case a wrong shipping address is provided.


► I do accept returns and exchanges. In case of a return or an exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order. The returned items must be in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and the return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer. Your purchase will be refunded or exchanged once I receive the returned item. In case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
