Shipping & Returns
► All packages are shipped via An Post (Ireland). At this time, regular shipping does not include a tracking number.
►Most orders will ship 1 to 3 working days after they are placed, except for the few "made to order items" that ship 4 to 6 working days after the order is placed. In the case an item is "made to order", it will be mentioned in the item's listing. If you are ordering multiple items and one of them is "made to order", your order will ship once that item has been handcrafted just for you.
► Shipping fees:
Domestic (Ireland): 3.00$
If you purchase more than one item, the shipping costs will combine for the cost of one.
Delivery times (average delay from the time your order is shipped) *Please note that the delivery times may vary depending on different factors that are out of my control such as location, holidays, customs, etc.:
- United States and Canada: From the time your order is shipped, a delay of 4 to 14 days should be expected for the delivery of your order. (The average is 6-8 working days.)
- Europe: From the time your order is shipped, a delay of 4 to 12 business days should be expected for the delivery of your order. (The average is 6-8 working days.)
- International: From the time your order is shipped, a delay of 6 to 20 business days for the item delivery should be expected.
- Ireland: From the time your order is shipped, a delay of 1 to 3 business days for the item delivery should be expected.
► The customer is responsible for any international customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied that may be charged after the initial postage. We are not responsible for delays due to customs
► Your order will come in a box, carefully wrapped in a padded envelope. If you are buying multiple items and need a box for each item, please let me know in “note to seller” at checkout.
Buying as a gift? Your order can be sent directly to the recipient and I can even include a personal note from you, at not extra cost. Just let us know in a note at checkout.
► You will receive a notification email to let you know that your order is on the way.
► It is the customer's responsibility to provide the right shipping address at checkout since this is where your item will be shipped. I cannot be held responsible in case a wrong shipping address is provided.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
► We do accept returns and exchanges. In case of a return or an exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order. The returned items must be in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and the return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer. Your purchase will be refunded (minus original shipping fees) or exchanged once I receive the returned item. In case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for sending the new item.
